A middle-aged woman arrested in Katsina for supplying charms (Voodoo) to notorious bandits.
Hajiya Bammi, a 35-year-old woman, was reportedly caught by police for supplying criminal charms to bandits terrorizing Katsina State.
SP Gambo Isah, the state police spokesperson, said in a statement on Wednesday that the suspected informer was apprehended after receiving a tip-off about her activities.

“On the 13th of February, 2022, at approximately 1700 hours, the Command succeeded in arresting one Hajiya Fatima Alh. Bammi, ‘F’, 35 years old of Daha forest, Danmusa LGA, an abettor, informer, and also a supplier of criminal charms to terrorist bandits terrorizing the state and its environs, based on credible intelligence,” the PPRO stated.
“Some criminal charms were found from the suspects’ residence throughout the course of the inquiry and are reasonably suspected to have been utilized in banditry activities.”
“The suspect also admitted to delivering the same to one Sani Mohidinge, the leader of a renowned terrorist bandit who has been on the command’s wanted list.” “We’re still looking into it,” he replied.
