The Nigerian troops recently destroyed various goods and major market operated by Boko Haram insurgents and captured several Boko Haram collaborators in Daula market, at Garin Karfe area in Borno State.
This was confirmed in videos posted by ZagazolaMakama, a security analyst and counter insurgency expert in the Lake Chad region.

In the first video, one soldier speaking in Hausa language said, “this is their Daula Market at Garin Karfe, they are hypocrite and ISWAP Collaborators. As you can see their vehicles and everything. we have destroyed everything.”

According to Zagazola, the arrested Boko Haram collaborators come in from Monguno, Kukawa, Maiduguri, Adamawa and other part of the North East to engaged in Socio-Economic activities with Boko Haram/ISWAP insurgents in Daula market.
In recent times, despite the military gains by the Nigerian security forces, Boko Haram/ISWAP terrorists has continued to demonstrate an increased operating radius and maintained an ability to directly confront security forces.
Despite repeated declarations that Boko Haram has been defeated or will be defeated soon, both dynamics point to sustained capability.
In this regard, Nigerian security and government authorities have continuously misjudged Boko Haram since its inception, a trend that continues with the movement’s frequent ambush attacks both on security forces and on innocent civilians.
