A rampaging Palestinian gunman killed five people near Tel Aviv, according to Israeli police, marking the third of such attack in Israel in less than a week.
According to reports, the attack began in the ultra-orthodox city of Bnei Brak, just east of Tel Aviv, and continued until it reached the Ramat Gan gateway.
According to a police spokesperson, preliminary investigations revealed that at least one assailant used an assault rifle against bystanders in many locations before being killed by local police.

It’s unclear whether one of the victims was an assailant.
According to Israeli authorities, the Palestinian Gunman was identified as Dia Hamarsheh, 27, from a village near Jenin in the West Bank.
The Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the Palestinian Fatah movement’s armed wing, claimed responsibility for the attack, calling it “a clear message written in blood in response to the Negev summit,” referring to Israel’s historic meeting with foreign ministers from four Arab countries and the United States earlier this week.

A police officer who confronted the Palestinian Gunman was among the five killed, according to officials.
The shooting also claimed the lives of two Ukrainian who were originally based in Israel. According to Israeli media, the Ukrainian casualties were not refugees and had previously been in the nation prior to the start of Russia’s war on their country.
The attack occurred barely a day after an historic regional summit was held in Israel’s Negev desert. The summit brought together top diplomats from the UAE, Bahrain, Morocco, Egypt, Israel, and the US to discuss security issues.
With Tuesday’s attack, the total number of individuals killed in such attacks in the last one week has risen to 11.
Last Tuesday, four people were killed in a stabbing and ramming incident in the southern city of Be’er Sheva by a man who had previously been arrested for supporting ISIS.
Two ISIS-affiliated assailants also killed two people and injured six others in a shooting attack in Hadera, about 31 miles north of Tel Aviv, on Sunday.
Reacting to the latest attack, Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett stated in a tweet that;
“Israel is facing a wave of murderous Arab terrorism.”
“My heart goes out to the families who lost their loved ones tonight, and I pray for the well-being of the wounded,” he wrote. “The security forces are working. We will fight terror with perseverance, stubbornness and an iron fist. They will not move us from here.”
