JUST IN: The Imo State Police Command in a press release said it has uncovered a deadly shrine and arrested seven suspected members of the IPOB/ESN, as well as a live python they used to fortify themselves spiritually before embarking on attacks.
The suspects, including a native doctor, were said to be responsible for the alleged murder of one Inspector of Police, Felicia Nwagbara.

The slain cop had been declared missing by the command since 2017, according to the statement issued by the command’s spokesperson, Micheal Abattam, in Owerri, the state capital.

The suspects include Casmire Mgbugha, 53, Hycent Chimezie, 30, Hycent, 28, Hycent Ifesinachi, 26, Hycent Chimobi, 23, Chukwuemeka Wisdom, 22, and Nnadike Clifford, 72.


One Toyota Camry automobile with the registration number AKD 73 BF LAGOS, one live python, eight locally made pistols, 18 rounds of live bullets, one Biafra flag, and a pair of late Nwagbara’s Police camouflage outfit were seized from their hideout.
