The embattled National Chairman of People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Iyorchia Ayu, is in a fresh crisis as six of 19 members of the party’s National Working Committee (NWC) have rejected various sums of money allegedly paid into the accounts by the national chairman.
The monies range from N36million to N28.8million depending on the position of the intended recipients.
Below are some letters confirming the refund of the said payment;

Gallant Military Info gathered that while the deputy national chairmen and the national secretary secretly got N36m wired into their accounts, other members of the committee got N28.850m respectively.

It was further gathered that the payment, now regarded as bribe money, came on the heels of news of a N1 billion scandal rocking the party published few days ago by a national daily.

In the said publication, Wike faulted Ayu’s posture as a man of integrity as he described the former Senate President as very corrupt.
He said, “I’m totally informed. Ayu has the opportunity to challenge me, I will reveal more.
“Some of the governors can tell you. Will he deny the fact that he collected N1bn from Lagos? Let him deny it; I will tell him who gave him the money not from the Lagos State Government. The money was given to him in Lagos.

“He met one of the presidential candidates (aspirants) and told him that he’s not sure these governors may want to sponsor the party.
The money to the NWC members was transfered from the party’s account with Globus bank Ltd.
