Ten notorious kidnappers that have been terrorizing the Obbo-Aiyegunle/Ekiti axis in Kwara State have been reportedly arrested.
The notorious kidnappers were arrested after security agents laid a siege on their forest hideout, where they allegedly keep their victims, according to Daily Trust.
The axis has recently gained a reputation for kidnappings, with several victims found dead even after ransom was paid.

Some of the dangerous weapons allegedly recovered from them include guns, knives and cutlasses among other weapons they used to perpetrate their crime.
During a phone conversation with Daily Trust, Alhaji Saka Ibrahim, the Kwara State Vigilante Commander, confirmed the occurrence.
“Seven were arrested on Tuesday, while three were apprehended on Wednesday,” he said. Our officers, on the other hand, are still combing the forest. When they emerge from the forest, we’ll hand them over to the police,” he said.
