The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has arrested a 25-year-old Malian for an alleged drug deal.
The NDLEA made the announcement in a statement by the agency’s Director, Media and Advocacy, Mr Femi Babafemi on Sunday in Abuja.

He said that the suspect, Ousmane Dembele, was arrested on Monday in Lagos, in possession of 32,400 capsules of tramadol 225mg.

Babafemi said Ousmane Dembele was arrested while attempting to travel with the drugs to Mali via boat at Ebute -Ero Jetty in Lagos.
He said officers of the Directorate of Seaports Operations of the Agency arrested the Malian, with 32,400 capsules of tramadol 225mg concealed in factory packed buckets of custard.
