The Ekiti State Police Command has arrested one Mrs. Ademiloye Felicia and her son, Adewumi Ademiloye, for the kidnapping of a 15-year-old girl.
According to the statement released by the police, the suspects kidnapped the victim sometime in March, 2019.

The victim, a 15-year-old girl, allegedly left home for an extra moral lesson in preparation for her WAEC examination that year but did not return, which was unusual for her.
The victim’s parents then reported their missing daughter to the police, but all efforts by the police and her family to find out where she was ended in failure.
The victim’s mother, however, got credible information regarding her daughter’s whereabouts on March 15, 2022, which was about three (3) years after her disappearance.
She immediately notified the State CID’s Command’s Juvenile Welfare Center (JWC), which sprung into action and tracked the missing girl down to Mrs Ademiloye Felicia’s house.
Mrs. Ademiloye Felicia and her son, Adewumi Ademiloye, were then immediately arrested for further inquiry.
Investigations into the matter revealed that on that tragic day, Adewumi Ademiloye brought the victim inside his mother’s house and drugged her.
The victim told investigators that she lost her senses and could not remember to go back home after taking the drugs offered to her by Adewumi Ademiloye.
She also revealed that she has become a drug addict as a result of the amount of drugs she has consumed over the last three years.
According to the victim, Adewumi Ademiloye had a series of sexual encounters with her and has repeatedly handed her over to different men when he is short on cash.
The men would sleep with her and pay Adewumi Ademiloye between ten thousand naira (#10,000) and twenty thousand naira (#20,000), according to the victim.
Further investigation found that the victim is about 8 months pregnant but has not been registered with any health-care facility or visited any hospital for antinatal care.
Adewumi Ademiloye admitted to the crime during interrogation and will be charged in court alongside his mother for conspiracy to kidnap, rape, and exploit children.
Meanwhile, the victim has been taken to Ekiti State Sexual Assault Referral Centre in Ado Ekiti for medical treatment.
