Man Killed after Steamy Encounter Turns Fatal.
According to Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Kenya, a 48-year-old man is currently facing murder charges after catching another man with his wife on their marital bed and killing him on the spot.
Samuel Musungu, a casual labourer from Runda, had unexpectedly gone home to Githogoro village, only to discover the deceased reaping where he had not sown.

Musungu, enraged by the act, grabbed a rock and smacked the 40-year-old man in the back of the head, killing him instantly.
Neighbors and Nyumba Kumi elders were drawn to the scene by the ruckus, but it was too late to save the man’s life.
The deceased was later recognized as 40-Year-Old Nashon Mudovi, who is also a casual laborer in the same Runda neighborhood.
Nyumba Kumi Chairman, Richard Wamalwa told reporters that, “It’s like something out of a horror movie.” “It’s a nightmare.” It’s horrible.”
DCI Gigiri detectives and duty officer Runda were dispatched to the spot and initiated a manhunt for Musungu, who was apprehended hours later.
The suspect is currently being investigated for murder in violation of Section 203 of the Penal Code, as well as Section 204 of the Penal Code.
