Three pastors have been reportedly kidnapped in Kogi State’s Ofu Local Government Area by suspected kidnappers.
The pastors were on their way to minister at a three-day crusade when the suspects stopped their vehicle on the Ochadamu-Okele-Ejule Road on Friday, according to the PUNCH.
The clergy were then abducted by the kidnappers.

While communicating with a PUNCH correspondent, a family member of one of the pastors said the kidnappers had made contact and demanded N80m in ransom.
The state’s police headquarters confirmed the kidnapping and said it had dispatched officers to the region to secure the victims’ release.
William Aya, the state Police Public Relations Officer said, “The command is aware and efforts are on to effect their release.”
