Troops of Operation Forest Sanity have reportedly rescued seven kidnapped victims, including a woman and her four (4) children during a fighting patrol spanning Birnin Gwari and Chikun LGAs. Mr. Samuel Aruwan, Commissioner for Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Kaduna State, said that according to an operational feedback he got, the troops came under fire from bandits while on patrol along the Birnin Gwari-Gayam-Kuriga-Manini axis.
