Meet the 16 Year Old Boy Arrested With A Revolver Pistol.
On October 2, 2021, a teenager simply identified as Samuel was apprehended in Ngurore, a satellite town on the outskirts of Yola, the state capital of Adamawa. Ngurore is known for harboring criminals such as bandits and kidnapping groups.
According to a news report by Sahara Repoters, Sunza Samuel, a 16-year-old kid from Adamawa State, was detained for illegally carrying guns.
The teenager who hails from Dunge village in the Shelleng Local Government Area, was apprehended for being in possession of a revolver weapon, according to SaharaReporters.

DSP Suleiman Nguroje, the state’s police spokesperson, confirmed the arrest to SaharaReporters.
“On December 2,2021, while on a confidence-building patrol, the command’s operatives attached to Ngurore caught a 16-year-old Sunza Samuel with a revolver weapon,” he stated.

“Also, on December 1, operatives attached to the Adamawa police command’s “anti shilla (criminal gang of teenaged boys/girls) squad” dislodged a criminal network and recovered a large quantity of weeds in a certain hideout located at the remote area of Jambutu, Yola North.
“The Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Barde, commended the operatives for dislodging and reclaiming the public space and asked all Divisional Police Officers (DPOs) and their supervisory Area Commanders to step up their efforts to dislodge the criminal network and prevent criminals from regrouping anywhere in the state.”
